At Biolytic Lab Performance, Inc., we believe that a healthy workplace begins with a healthy team. To support our commitment to employee well-being, we recently held our first wellness workshop, hosted by Geneva from Dancing Medicine Woman. This experience was designed to foster self-care and encourage mindfulness as part of our work culture.

Workshop Highlights

Geneva led us through an insightful session filled with hands-on activities and valuable information that introduced wellness practices tailored to each person’s unique needs. Her holistic approach resonated with the team, making the workshop an engaging and enlightening experience for all.

Crafting Fire Cider: The team received hands-on experience crafting their own unique blend of Fire Cider, a traditional herbal tonic known for its immune-boosting properties. Each of us created a personalized blend using ingredients chosen for their health-supporting effects, learning about the science and tradition behind this powerful remedy.

Herbal Actions & Preparations: Geneva shared her expertise on various herbs and their benefits, helping us understand how natural ingredients can support health. We gained valuable knowledge on herbal actions, understanding how different herbs work in the body to support wellness.

We’re excited to see how these wellness practices will enhance our daily lives at Biolytic. This workshop is just the beginning of our ongoing commitment to a supportive and balanced work environment.
