Our region was issued a Shelter in Place Order on March 17, 2020 at 12:01 AM thru April 7, 2020 (earliest) to help combat the COVID-19 Virus situation. The Order will impact our employees and the work we perform. We want to thank you for your patience during this very challenging situation, while we navigate through the changes that affect our everyday way of living and work.
The health and safety of our employees remains a top priority and we are complying with all government requirements and guidelines associated with our warehouses and offices regarding operations. The Biolytic Software, Marketing, Sales & select Executive Teams are working remotely. The Biolytic Warehouse Team is operational with limited staff receiving incoming shipments from suppliers and making outgoing shipments to customers. The Biolytic Manufacturing Team remains working. All Teams on-site are proceeding with caution with preventive measures in place to stop the potential spread of the disease. However, despite our efforts, continued government restrictions and limited availability of transportation may continue to cause some delays in the supply chain. The Biolytic Leadership Team is closely monitoring the status of the outbreak and its potential adverse impact on supply chain continuity within our industry. We have received numerous emails advising of vendor closures which will disrupt our manufacturing timeline. We appreciate your understanding should your completion/ship date be affected.
Biolytic is officially cancelling and postponing all scheduled visitors, field service visits, & installations. Please communicate with your sales rep directly or inquire with sales@biolytic.com for rescheduling.
